Touring is one of the best ways to enjoy using your bike. Any excuse to strap a tent, sleeping bag and a few clothes to a bike and you are away. Either just Touring the continent or combining a ride out with a visit to a MotoGP / BSB round is a great weekend. Camping is usually essential as any time away with the lads usually means copious amounts of beer.

Track days

The roads in the UK are now at one of their poorest standards for decades. Badly pot holed surfaces, combined with increased traffic on the roads make fast riding extremely dangerous. We also seem to have a lot more road furniture in the UK than most other countries, which adds extra hazards. If you really want to go fast and test your riding skills, book a trackday. This is the best way to have fun and at the same time learn how to handle your bike properly.

Modifications

Most people that own Bikes love to make modifications to the factory specifications. Sports bikes have now become so well developed that increasing performance is not easy without spending a great deal of money. However, modifications can give small performance gains and at the same time enable you to enhance your bike cosmetically. After market exhausts, power commanders and tails tidy's are all still very popular. Enjoy this while you can as there are rumors that the government will make modifications illegal.
